Shipping Information

At Sara Elizabeth Jewelers, we take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items that require no modifications will typically ship within one (1) week of your order being placed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-designed and made-to-order pieces require additional time for production and craftsmanship. These items typically ship within 4–5 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design. If any significant delays arise, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via complimentary 2-day shipping at no additional cost to you.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

To help protect your jewelry and ensure secure delivery:

• Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all jewelry orders.
• We do not ship on Fridays, as we do not want your jewelry sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
• Orders completed near the end of the week will be shipped on the next available business day.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and that someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery. Sara Elizabeth Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
