Made to Order Items
Many of our pieces are made to order, meaning they are specially created for you after your purchase is placed.
Because production begins specifically for your order, made to order items are non-refundable and non-cancelable once the order has been placed. This includes customizations such as personalized designs, special requests, and sizing modifications.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their selections, measurements, and order details before completing their purchase.
In Stock Items Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. For in stock items that have not been modified in any way, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be an in-stock piece.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- No modifications may have been made to the item, including ring sizing, engraving, stone changes, or other alterations.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that any item that has been resized, engraved, customized, personalized, or otherwise altered is considered a custom order and is not eligible for return or refund.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Sara Elizabeth Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved in accordance with our return policy
