Custom designs are my specialty. Whether you're reimagining a family heirloom, creating the perfect engagement ring, or designing a one-of-a-kind piece to celebrate a special occasion, I would be honored to bring your vision to life. How the Custom Design Process Works
Step 1: Submit Your Design Ideas
Email your inspiration photos, design concepts, preferred metal type, stone preferences, and any other details you'd like incorporated into your custom piece.
Virtual Design Consultation
For clients who would like a more personalized design experience, we can schedule a virtual Zoom consultation to discuss your ideas, inspiration photos, gemstones, design details, and overall vision for your custom piece.
This one-on-one meeting allows us to collaborate on your design, answer any questions, and ensure we create a piece that perfectly reflects your style and preferences.
If you are interested in scheduling a virtual consultation, please mention it in your email, and we will coordinate a convenient time to meet.
Step 2: CAD Design Deposit
A $150 non-refundable design deposit is required to begin the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) process.
This deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of your custom jewelry.
Step 3: CAD Review & Revisions
Your custom CAD rendering will be completed and emailed to you within approximately 2–3 business days.
At this stage, you will have the opportunity to review the design and request alterations to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
Step 4: Design Approval & Production Deposit
Once the final CAD design has been approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production of your custom piece.
Step 5: Creation of Your Jewelry
Your jewelry will be handcrafted according to the approved design. Production typically takes approximately 4–5 weeksfrom the date the production deposit is received.
Step 6: Final Payment & Delivery
When your custom piece is complete, you will receive photos of the finished jewelry and an invoice for the remaining balance.
Once final payment has been received, we will carefully package and securely ship your jewelry to you.
Secure Shipping
All custom jewelry orders include complimentary 2-day shipping within the United States.
For security purposes:
- Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- We do not ship on Fridays to prevent your jewelry from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
Important Custom Order Information
Because custom jewelry is created specifically for you, all custom orders, CAD deposits, and production deposits are non-refundable and non-cancelable once work has begun.
